We Try......

......we really do. But it seems when you have five kids, that it is difficult to get everyone to look the same place at the same time with pleasant expressions and eyes open. Thanks to our wonderful friend Sarah who was very patient with our fussiness, grumpiness, lack of smiling, crooked heads, awkward smiles, and closed eyes (I think Isaiah did all of the above)! She did a fabulous job. Maybe we will do better in a few years when we are a little older. Until then, our family photos have tons of personality in them and I think they are perfect!! I hope they make you smile as much as they do me!

Oh! I have handsome boys!

I even love Isaiah's grumpy look in this one!

Samantha and Andrew's Wedding

Jarad's sister Samantha got married!! She was such a beautiful bride! We love her so much and we are so excited to welcome Andrew to our family. These pictures are not the official ones but I thought we caught a few fun ones.

Jarad and his sisters.

I was lucky enough to be able to make all of the wedding flowers. I had so much fun! The bouquet turned out pretty nice (I thought.)

Korey is a pro at babies, even tired ones with beautiful, slippery dresses.

These pictures are all at the Jordon River Temple.

I love this picture of Brady.

So FUNNY!!!!!!

Some of us got a little grumpy!

Emmalee's Summer

Emmalee spent the summer at Grandma and Grandpa's house. She took a dutch oven cooking class, sewed a skirt, pulled lots of weeds, went to 4-H camp, did chores, and raised a sheep. We were really hoping that she would be able to show at the fair but alas, middle school started too soon. She spent lots of time walking and practicing with her lamb. She got to show off the lamb and her newly found skills at a jackpot. You can tell she worked very hard and we are very proud of her and all of her hard work!

We were so excited that we were able to be there!

With a new baby in the house, it was a little bit of a sacrifice to loose our biggest helper. But, Gracee really stepped up and learned how to help out and be an amazing big sister!!! Elijah was also a big helper!

Camping 2010

OK, so I was a bad photographer and I didn't take many pictures but here are a few from our annual Bear River Camping trip. It was Baby's first! Of course she was spoiled rotten!

All of the girls had a great time! Makeovers, playing in the river, and some amazing SNIPE HUNTING!!! Gracee was not a fan of the snipe hunting but she did love the makeovers!

And, of course, what would a camping trip be without a fishing competition! We did miss Brett's fishing skills! Though, I am guessing that his fish would have looked more like Jarad's. Elijah won hands down!

Blessing Day

Isn't she beautiful! We blessed decided to bless this little sweet heart at my parent's house so more family could be with us. Grandma Kris got her this beautiful dress. The great thing about being a girl is that dresses are WAY fun to play with!

We had so many wonderful people join us! This little girl is loved by so many people! Before the blessing we had some of Jarad's wonderful grilled Hawaiian Chicken.

Here is Miss Elizabeth with all of her wonderful Grandparents!

Grandma and Grandpa Jackson weren't able to make it but luckily I got a great picture of them with all of the kids at our family reunion the week before!
